What the Circle is

The book gives you the equation and the audit. The Circle gives you the missing term. You can raise your Standards alone — no one can raise their Support alone, because support is, by definition, other people. The Circle is where the Support term gets built: a peer who will tell you the truth, a structure that holds across the bad weeks, and operators a step ahead who have already run the move you’re about to make.

What’s coming in 2027

The Circle opens in 2027 as the live layer around the annual edition — operators running the equation together, in the open, on a regular cadence. The plan, in plain terms:

• Small circles, not an audience. A handful of operators per circle, so every seat is accountable to every other seat.
• A standing cadence. A recurring rhythm of commitments and ship-reviews — the structure component of Support, installed by default.
• Truth-telling peers. Matched with operators doing roughly the same work at roughly the same altitude — the people who can actually tell you the truth.
• Your Field Report counts. What you ship inside the Circle is what becomes the next edition’s named case studies. You don’t just read the book — you help write the next one.
• Free for founding members. Everyone who registers now joins the 2027 Circle as a founding member. No card, no catch.
